The advance payment will be applied toward the rent. The advance payment is not a security deposit.
If the Tenant terminates their stay before the departure date for any reason, the rental price paid is not refundable. Termination must be made in writing. The date of termination is considered the date on which the owner or administrator receives the document.
In the event of circumstances that are unforeseen, unavoidable and beyond our control, including natural disasters, adverse weather conditions, fires, earthquakes, wars, epidemics, diseases or other force majeure events that may prevent us from fulfilling our obligations, we cannot accept liability or provide compensation.
