These rates include all legal taxes and fees, daily housekeeping service, meet and greet, 24/7 assistance, and welcome pack. Prices are applicable to a maximum of 4 guests. Additional guests, (max 2/ use of sofa bed) at 150euro per person, per week.

Payment Terms and Conditions:

• 30% advance payment is required to secure all bookings
• Balance required 30 days prior to arrival
• Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival
• Payment accepted in Euro by direct bank deposit
• Credit cards are also accepted, please contact us. 

The advance payment will be applied toward the rent.  The advance payment is not a security deposit. If the Tenant terminates their stay before the departure date for any reason, the rental price paid is not refundable. Termination must be made in writing. The date of termination is considered the date the owner/ admin receives the document. In any event or circumstances that are unforeseen and unavoidable and out of our control, like natural disasters, adverse weather conditions, fires, earthquakes, wars, epidemics or diseases, and generally “force majeure” issues that may cause our obligations and performance to be prevented, we cannot accept or pay any liability or compensation.
